Please read carefully the validity and freezing terms of each package to avoid misunderstandings.
Classes not used within the valid time are non-refundable, non-freezable and non-transferable. Validity starts from your first attended class not purchase. All one-month packages can be freezed for medical or personal reasons max for 2 weeks only with written notice provided min 3 days in advance. Unlimited 3 can be freezed for 3 weeks, Unlimited 6 for 4 weeks and Unlimited 12 for 8 weeks.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee you a place in the class unless you reserve your class in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can safely cancel or reschedule your class without any penalties six (6) hours before evening class and twelve (12) hours before morning class. For private classes or Hen/Birthday Parties a 24-hour notice is required. Please note that there will be FULL charge for no-shows or late cancelled classes.
FOR UNLIMITED PACKAGE HOLDERS
The first two no-shows/late cancellations are free of charge. However, for every no-show/late cancellation after this, one day will be deducted from your unlimited package.
