If you want to tone your bum and thighs – this is the ideal class for you! Tone and Twerk out to some of this year’s hottest tracks. Twerk is a new, innovative way to keep fit combining a sexy mix of dynamic dance choreography, toning and strengthening. The basic emphasis of this dance is on your booty and accentuating the movement of your hips and body. This class is a dynamic fusion between booty sculpting and cardio dance. The first half of the class will consist of a warm up, and walk you step by step through different types of hip gyrations and hydraulic bounce sequences including booty bouncing, isolation techniques and tricks. So you will learn how to roll your hips and bounce that booty. In the second half of the class, put your skills into a ‘bootylious’ choreographed routine. This class is so much fun, you’ll forget you’re burning calories! Ladies only Class.

 

What To Wear:

Sneakers, short shorts, tall socks, knee pads suggested but not mandatory.

This class will help you to discover your inner goddess, increasing your self-confidence, developing your sense of femininity and expressing yourself like you never did before.

During the class we will work on heels technique, hair flicks, body rolls, various poses to combine it all into a sensual and elegant dance routine.

You will feel feminine and build confidence class after class in an encouraging and safe environment of women only class.

 

What To Wear:

Recommended shoes: Stilettos with light soles.
Pick a height that you are comfortable with.
Knee pads are recommended – available for purchase at the studio.

Contemporary dance is a beautiful and expressive form of dance that tends to combine the strong and controlled legwork of ballet with modern dance’s stress on the torso, and also employs contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristic of modern dance. Unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed, and direction are often used, as well. In this one our class you will learn a piece of contemporary dance choreography. Open to men and women.

 

What To Wear:

We advise students to wear leggings, no shoes necessary.
