Body Flex
Open to Men and Women
In this class you will learn the proper and safe techniques to effectively facilitate taking your flexibility to the next level. Whether it’s your first time working on your splits and backbends or you are an experienced contortionist, everyone will benefit from this class.
This 1-hour class will alternate the focus between front splits, box splits, back and toes stretching in order to get quick results throughout all of your major muscle groups. This class is not only a great complementary class for all of your aerial activities but also for general everyday life by increasing your range of motion, relieving muscle tension and stress from your body.
This class in itself is a great full body workout! If you are interested in a more relaxing stretch class that we would recommend our yoga classes as this class will be an intense workout in itself.
What To Wear:
Recommended to wear layers to this class to keep your body warm as you stretch. Mats provided.
