Pole dance classes in Dubai are designed for ladies only (18+). Women of all ages above 18 years old, sizes, shapes and fitness levels can pole dance. Our students range from 20 to 60 years of age. Anyone can pole!!
Group class size does not exceed 12 students with two people per pole. One-to-one and semi-private lessons are also available and you can book your spot at a time to suit you.
For your pole dance class, you will need shorts and a t-shirt. Shorts should be above the knee because you use the skin on your legs to grip the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole, giving you no grip. You can also wear trainers or leg warmers during the warm up and cool down. There should be no hand or wrist jewelry. To avoid making the pole slippery, do not apply any cream or lotions on your body the day of your pole dance class.
For your flexibility class, you will need any comfortable cloths, for example, yoga attire, trainers, leggings, leg warmers, etc.
Yes, there are three distinct levels: Beginners, Intermediate and Advance. We always recommend to start with beginners pole classes. Once you have progressed, perfected basic moves and experienced basic inverts, you can move onto the more difficult levels. Students attending Intermediate/Advanced classes are expected to know the basic moves.
No you don’t. You will learn everything you need to know at our classes. Start in the classes for Beginners, and slowly work your way up when you feel ready to. You also don’t need to lose weight before joining the class. Pole dance training includes variety of fitness exercises to help you get fitter.
No, it is not a problem. During the class instructors will teach you how to become stronger in your upper body and improve your core strength.
High heels are not required, especially for beginners.
Yes, pole dance and fitness training classes are women's only. Men are not allowed to attend a class.
