I arranged a pole fitness class for my friend's birthday and found Vlada to be professional and friendly when dealing with the booking and also made our session great fun adapting the session to the group. We all thoroughly enjoyed the session and would definitely recommend this for a birthday or hen do event!

"I have never been so committed to one form of exercise in my life as I am with pole fitness. Since the day I started, i have been obsessed, it has taken over my life! It doesn't feel like a mission....I do it because I love doing it, and that is all thanks to Vlada, she is my inspiration. She makes every lesson new, exciting and fun. She challenges me and pushes me to my limit in every class, guiding me. Even though there is a lot of girls in the class, she never fails to give me the time and attention I need. She dissects every move into manageable steps, and makes sure that you are comfortable with what your working on.
I was never keen on the idea of being in a class with lots of girls, but Vlada has created a really encouraging atmosphere where we all want each other to achieve. The great thing about pole fitness is that you have achievable goals, and you can see yourself progress and improve from one class to the next. There is nothing quite like the feeling of mastering a move you have been working on for a few lessons.
I would recommend pole fitness to anyone who wants to get strong, flexible, toned and loose weight in a really fun environment."

"I've been looking for a pole dance school for the past year in Dubai and have been to quite a few, but never really stuck with one until Vlada.
What I like most about Vlada is that she is a very attentive teacher and is flexible with a range of level of students. She really pushes her students to challenge themselves.
Sometimes she will give you a new spin/trick to try and you think that you'd never be able to do that, but she helps encourages you, and with time, you surprise yourself when you do get there. She is so cheerful, you can't really say no to her when she wants you to try something even if it looks painful!
Pole fitness is very fun and also a great workout. It's a mix of cardio and toning exercises. If you've been afraid of the stereotypes, I say at least give it a chance before you make up your mind. It's very different from what most people think."
